It is one of the smallest countries in the world and shares borders with many cities of the Alpes-Maritimes, as Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Beausoleil, La Turbie and Le Cap d'Ail. With its independence and sovereignty, Monaco is one of the most popular destinations for tourists and travellers.
The geographical location of Monaco and the many events held there make it an ideal place for discovery and getaways with friends or family. It is also a good place for real estate investors to acquire a primary or
secondary residence. The housing market in the principality is also experiencing a particularly significant boom. This is all the more true since investors are attracted by its location between the sea and the mountains, as well as by its many parks and touristic attractions full of charm
The high rate of sunlight but also the mild winters and summers, without excessive temperature, contribute to the high quality of life. Monaco’s Mediterranean climate also makes it one of the most popular vacation spots in this part of the French coast.
In addition to these features, the Principality of Monaco also organises events each year with worldwide recognition. Among these events are, for example, the tennis tournament Masters 1000 in April, the "Yacht Show" in September or the Grand Prix F1 held annually in May.
If the principality is not a member of the European Union, it is, however, part of the euro zone and has 35 000 inhabitants, of which 7,500 are Monegasque. The remaining population is distributed among 125 nationalities.
Another feature of Monaco is the economy that is among the most dynamic of the region and is characterised by
the adoption of a policy implemented by HSH Prince Albert II and the local government. The Principality thus offers entrepreneurs and investors an exceptional environment, with the possibility to enjoy an attractive and unique place in the world, but also tax advantages.
Finally, it is important to note that the Principality not only provides a great living environment and a favourable investment environment, but it also offers real security for its citizens and tourists. This police department is indeed among the most modern and most effective of the European continent. The crime rate is therefore very low.
